On a more serious note, when I was young I was suicidal, in the planning stages, and I was getting a sugary hot coffee drink at the coffee bar at the place I worked and it suddenly occurred to me that it just might get better and I could always kill myself if it came down to it, so, in sum: planning to quit tomorrow instead of today is often good advice.
