This piece by Don Norman (of “The Design of Everyday Things” fame) on accessibility and design has been going around, and is worth a read, *especially* if you work in technology and don’t consider yourself a “designer”
Accessibility affordances help everyone, and if you are creating things, accessibility is part of your job. I wish more engineering/product types understood that
