what glaze should these amazing Bitcoin mugs get?
I am so excited to share with you my latest #bitcoin #mugs — and you can even help decide how they are glazed!

To celebrate 100K, I wanted to do something special and make a motherboard-style Bitcoin mug. It took me until it reached 100K another time to finish the sliptrailing (granted, a lot of that time was me learning how to really draw the patterns and getting confident enough to commit to it). I’m so pleased with how they came out, and definitely want to do more! Not identical, they go together but are one of a kind.

From the beginning, I envisioned that at least the outside would be glazed entirely in the gold glaze I have, which comes out a smooth, deep, rich, matte but metallic bronzey gold. This glaze is food safe so it could even be used for the inside of the mug, which would look gorgeous, but I usually shy away from using mattes directly on food surfaces even when food safe.

So, I turn to you. What inside color do you think would be best? #poll #asknostr

- matte metallic bronzey gold inside and out
(- matte speckled metallic COPPER is also an option, both as an outside and inside color; see last photo though both glazes will be a little darker / browner than pictured)
- use a golden brown shiny glaze inside to attempt to color-match the gold outside
- black
- starry glitter black
- cream with peachy hints
- white
- Bitcoin orange
- other

Additionally, if you would like to commit to buying one or both of these mugs, I would not only certainly do your choice of inside color, but I could even glaze the outside differently for you. You can pick any of the colors I mentioned, even having the raised lines glazed differently from the background (will cost extra), or dm me to ask what other glazing options may be available. But you’ll have to move quickly because I will be deciding and glazing these soon.

If the glazing is “simpler” as I described above, each mug will cost the Bitcoin equivalent of $57. #bitcoinonly for Bitcoin-related art!

Shipping anywhere in the U.S. is the Bitcoin equivalent of $10. If you want both mugs or multiple items, let me know, as shipping might not be double. Shipping to Canada is also possible, but you must agree beforehand to a TBD shipping price I will only know once it has been paid.
