Arabs uses Arab words. When communicating with non Arabs they use whatever language is being used at that moment.
But for media agencies it's not fun/scary to say Palestinian resistance. But imagen how much money the scary work Jihad can make for them.
The issue isn't what Arabs are saying or doing, It's the corrupt media agencies and what they do just for money.
