I do meditate! Recently I've started using Alpha-Stim to enhance my meditation practice to great results. I recently learned that I'm an old hat at the gateway experience too, so that's also meditative exercises. I was doing that starting in like kindergarten so it's been foundational for me.

I'm really great at the job of economist, but really bad at the office politics. I think if you didn't use it you're probably better off. It was so frustrating trying to be like, a good little government minion and slowly realizing that they actually hate me the more I accomplish 🤣
