Actual opinion. The best baby foods are literally just blended organic adult foods, I'm not sure what else anyone would imagine they are... But most people don't understand the chronic inflammation & mood problems they create in their child when they feed them all the sugar in juice & the super carby foods that are largely devoid of the bioavailable nutrition of fatty meat. Even worse when they feed their kids non-organic baby food that has even the substances which might be mildly nutritious cut with grains & bleached plant oils.
