Just...Wow. While I was more idealistic at your age, I'm glad I could at least understand that there is a seperation between business and personal relationships for good reasons. This is what she's trying to show you. You're saying a business should act the same way as most of us would expect a personal friend to and that's just never how that's going to work. She wasn't personally attacking you at all, but she could absolutely take you saying that she doesn't care about human decency as an attack. She's already figured out what you're doing, though, so I'm sure she's not but the point is, really think about how you handle yourself in future. We're all just trying to school you in our own ways.",
