OSINT analysis of the Kyiv #Okhmatdyt children hospital today - most of the Toxicology Department building was simply turned into a heap of rubble. Reports from the ground are that the department was fully active with patients and personnel inside. This doesn’t look like a falling debris damage, it looks like an actual warhead explosion to me?
