Kape/PIA is a very invasive & manipulative company with a history of purveying malware. They not only bought a number of VPN brands, they also bought some VPN review sites and then changed their rankings. Very aggressive!
There is really no other explanation in my mind that this company has re-positioned itself as a consumer privacy "friend" in order to continue its spy operations.
