It always shocks me just how often Christians forget about their own deity in an argument with an atheist. I never know how to respond.
ME: "Okay so we both believe it's possible for an intelligent being to exist without having been designed by another intelligent being-"
CHRISTIAN:"What? No I don't."
ME: "U-umm... Do you believe someone designed God...?"
CHRISTIAN: "OH! Him... You know what? Fuck you."
I swear, an atheist who doesn't immediately piss their pants at the mere mention of metaphysics is a huge blind spot for Christians.
