The toilet mechanicals are broken in half the toilets in the house. The internet has no useful advice (for me)
Plan A: Be your own plumber, it is so cheap.*
Plan B: Pay breathtaking amounts of money ($2000) to install $80 worth of parts, which are all made of plastic and could fail in 5 years.
I really don't like these options.
* And while you're at it, be your own electrician, car mechanic, carpenter, etc, etc.
