Yes on all this. My point above is that sometimes content overrides presentation. Some people refuse to entertain some ideas no matter how they are presented, and that kinda makes sense. Somebody who constantly but kindly says some groups are inferior would be hard for most people to deal with etc. But what's unacceptable seems to be expanding.
And I'd add that lefties naturally put a greater comparative emphasis on empathy than conservatives etc. Normal varies.
