I've only been on #Nostr for a couple of weeks, already enjoying not being controlled by the algorithm pushing people and debates my way.

Going to start producing some more health related content over the next few weeks.

Looking forward to be able to share my own words, website links etc without the possibility of being shadowbanned or having reduced views.

I now control the input and the output.
