I had a fuckin delicious lamb stew in a creamy tomato sauce at a Turkish restaurant once but I didn't see what it was called (it was my boss's birthday and he basically ordered one of everything and we all sampled everything so I didn't get names for any of the dishes lmao). If anyone familiar with that general region's dishes knows a recipe or even just a name for this kinda tomatoey lamb stew dish let me know because I'd love to make it myself.
