Anyone else’s Mac occasionally deciding that it needs to change its name because there's another machine on the network using that name?
It’s something that happened to me occasionally a long time ago, but now it's happened again a couple of times pretty recently. (Since upgrading to Sonoma.) I'm just sitting here, been working on this machine all day, no other machine with this (very specific) name on the network unless a neighbor is pranking me. (My neighbors don't have my wifi password.)
