Given how several people have been successfully sued for repeating something on a Social Media platform, which was a slander, a libel, and/or a lie, I can’t see how any government needs more powers. The legal precedent is already set by previous cases. Crystal v Fox. Foster v Dr Chris even the SLAPP Banks v Cadwalladr.
