A few days ago, I finally remembered while in the pantry to take out my sprouting seeds and jar. Today the alfalfa and clover sprouts are ready to eat! I'll be adding them as an accent on top of a red lentil curry that I'm excited to try out. Sprouting seeds at home is a really nice way to expand your plant variety, no matter what the weather outside.
