well, I did a dumb thing and paid for email from them. It was the higher ti3r until I realized I didn't need all that.
I called them last month to downgrade, which they supposedly did. Then, yesterday my email was locked so I chatted with them today and they told me that I'd have to renew at the higher tier before they can then downgrade me correctly later in the month...😒
