I’m not a lawyer. But if you’re making the case that throwing Trump off the ballot will cause chaos you are missing the point. Trump and MAGA are chaos. They will cause chaos as long as they are a political force. They will not follow the law, they will not recognize electoral losses, they will not govern.
Confronting them is not causing chaos. It is recognizing that chaos exists and trying to put an end to it.
