That makes sense now. I thought you only one character have to use the account-wide version, and the rest will benefit from the bonus automatically. Like those gold and luck bonuses. ^_^;;
Hmm… since there's a, +5 agony (IIRC) extra bonus, I guess getting one for each character is a good investment. And it's for underwater only; and I don't do fractals yet (lol).
