Yesterday was really incredible for us. We got to visit with family in the Denver metro area that we haven't seen in a half year, and family members visiting from California for a week.

Since they haven't seen me in that time, I got some nice compliments that my recent weight loss looks great, and that I actually look happy and "me" now from all of the self-discovery processes that have been happening, as well as focusing on positivity. This was very validating and encouraging for me to continue this life path I am on.

Supportive family can really help an individual rise to the top and achieve individual greatness!
