I don't want to sound arrogant or esoteric, but ... if everyone has everything they need and even more, they will easily share with those in need. Historically some indigenous cultures that acted this way. They had, like today about 30% of "unproductive" people (eg. were not able/willing to hunt, work,...), but it didn't matter. They share everything with those, because they still had more than enough. Eventually some of the "unproductive" developed new creative skills: shaman, artist, ... that benefited the collective.

This is now happening on global scale, due to the fact that our that our most urgent problems (eg. energy) are solved. Technologically. What's *currently* still missing is the consciousness that this is the case.
