There's a process to things. Suppose we have solved all the problems - how do we implement the solutions without creating inefficiencies that ultimately cost human life? Communists think we can just mass produce everything in abundance, but the USSR actually tried that and people starved to death. Scarcity is actually **_needed_** so we can allocate resources more efficiently and not starve. It doesn't matter if you can mass produce stuff. It doesn't matter if you have infinite "free energy", which actually doesn't make sense if you think about what energy means. This is woolly thinking.
