Once, very late at night after much determined carousing, I believed I had "the answer". I had the true solution to all the problems of the human condition. So I wrote it down. When I found the note a few days later, I had simply transcribed the lyrics of Let Love Rule by Lenny Kravitz, which had been playing in the background.
