They say time is the scarcest resource (and #bitcoin is the next). However, while there is an absolute truth to it, I think there's a lot of flexibility. I don't mean time management, it doesn't create more time. But thinking about longevity, in a way, more time is created - or cherished and at least not wasted. According to longevity studies, those who live longer, live healthier. So as one creates more time living well, one tends to feel better as well. I choose not to waste time by eating shit and staying stationary, for example. This of course can be transfered to the happiness of others as well so it's a win-win. Let's not waste time (said by Seneca, probably)
