Good morning dear Nostr Fam. It's been a bit quiet here from my side...I'm just very busy!

It's long been known that grapefruit seed extract has antiviral, antibacterial, antifungal, and antiparasitic properties... Even as a child, I was told that the white part between the peel and the fruit was healthier than the fruit itself 😅 There were children who meticulously scraped off every whitish part of citrus fruits... which I never understood.

So this morning I made grapefruit and orange juice. Without the peel! Because I like to savor it 😄

For this, I juiced the peel afterward. And I'll dry and powder the pulp from the peel.

I've used everything and I'm looking forward to the experiment ☺️
