I'm looking into upgrading to a 4K projector, as their prices have gone down a lot in the last few years, but I have a question:

Why does a 4K projector have a VGA and an RS-232 port? It's not like I'm looking to project Win95.

There are HDMI ports too, but still, why VGA/RS?
