Blame porn, and men's refusal to give up misogyny in the domain of personal and sexual relationships.
The only thing (most) women want is a genuine, loving partner who respects them as a human being.
Although I imagine that, possibly, many women have become so cynical towards men (for completely rational reasons) that it's become near impossible to build up genuine mutual trust even with guys who are relatively OK.
It may be that men will need to work extra hard for a while, and be extra gracious and generous towards women, until trust is regained on a societal level, and things reach balance again.
But it seems that men would rather become misogynistic incels than to become a "pussy whipped simp" (in their words) and that spells doom for the foreseeable future of relationships. I dread to think what may happen to women's rights in the coming decades if this situation becomes bad enough.
So if you care about universal human rights, you better become a pussy whipped simp.
