Two brothers and I now own an actually nice piece of property down there, and the question that has come up is "how long do we hang on to this?" It's darn pleasant in the winter, but summers are kinda "wow" now. In our experience greater fools are an inexhaustible resource so there's no rush to unload it, but the much-warmer ocean, and how that affects gulf water temperatures in coming years, that is an issue.
