In this particular case we're talking about a right wing conservative elite who can support laws that stop poor people getting abortions while they pay for their own daughters to evade those laws.
I'm categorically certain this happens. I'm not gullible enough to believe the rich Governor would stick to his own laws. He only expects poor saps to do that.
