Oh, and a friend of mine with stage 4 cancer got chemo and developed a life threatening heart condition from it and had to stop immediately. Then he got on immunotherapy and it worked. I seriously expected him to die last year and he didn't, he's actually getting better. If anything kills him it'll be the heart condition caused by the chemo.
