Was it just me or was the owner of the least convincing Cornish accent in the more recent TV dramatisation of #poldark one of the few actors that actually originated in Cornwall? Namely one John Nettles, who would also slip in and out of accent, often in the same sentence 😁
I remember there was much 'amusement' (or not!) amongst the good natives regarding the array of 'cod' accents amongst the cast! #cornwall
