AI scraping is not fair use. Regardless of whether it spits out content verbatim. Fair use is aimed at legitamising *singular instances*. An article. A report. A video.
AI uses your work in perpetuity. It can profit off it forever. It’s part of the model. A model that would have *no value* without its training material.
That’s not fair use.
