I started by altering a couple of patterns to fit me & now I keep adjusting them to create new styles that suit me. I use blogs like Sew Guide & youtube videos to research methods (every time I sew trousers I have to revisit the fly construction). I look at pattern sites for inspiration only.
I mostly use thrifted fabrics, some of which I dye, not just to save money, but also to not contribute to overproduction & overconsumption.
