OK, so, I'm watching the pilot ep for M*A*S*H and already hit two jokes that are 😬 This was my concern - I hated the film M*A*S*H, but was obsessed with the TV series from S4 onwards (Trapper leaves, shortly that after Frank leaves, Honeycut and Potter arrive, and (in S5, I think?) we get Charles, who's a much richer character than Frank). I fear that the earlier on it is the more the 'black' humour is just 😬 and still stuck in the somewhat bigotted humour of the film.
