I agree, tho I don’t think the sats/vbyte ratio will change too much. If anything, it will shrink a bit.
It’s the underlying value of the sat that will go up.
Easy to forget the strict rigid beds of 21 million. It means it stays the same, and the value changes.
It’s hard to fathom the kind of value 1 sat will have when the block subsidy is gone. But everyday, we see this happening. Mining fees measured in bitcoin have been trending down since Segwit activated, but up in fiat.
