Yes I have many advice actually.
First off, I'm also a grower and not a shower and the search for the perfect cage was 10+ years long but I finally found it in the Cobra from Kink3D. Mind you the one I have is a knockoff in what I believe is a smoother plastic which came from aliexpress but I digress. The cobra has a much better ball ring design and it is the first to not hurt me. That being said, 10+ years of experimentation has caused me to hang much lower so devices do fit a bit better now as a result.
Next to address, I've found small cages that just compress my flaccid size slightly to be the most comfortable to me as a grower - however, due to this, I wear a support strap with mine. It's a belt/nylon strap that goes around your waist and snaps onto the ring of the chastity cage and it keeps it close to your body so that erections don't push the cage away from your body and cause both pain and increasing dysphoria. You can use a shoelace t accomplish this as well. Soft and round shoelaces I've found to be the best wearing if you should so choose.
Next, they do make chastity cages now in all sorts of shapes and designs, some of them are designed to dress up the cage to look more like lady parts. Some people find those help, some people don't so ymmv there.
I would also potentially posit that you might be interested in a fufu clip - which is (to me) is sort of in between a chastity cage and a gaff and can be also worn with a support strap to increase comfort and security. Basically a fufu clip lets you tuck your parts in such a way that they both look feminine and have a similar function as well (would probably be great for wanding). I have never tried one but I know many who have who swear by them and while it most certainly would take some getting used to, I think it might be worth exploring.
