Took me days to get X running on my hardware using my dads computer to dial up the internet to find mailing list threads to get it going.\n\nIn the end my #winmodem was what sent me back to Windows. I would try again in 2004 when my university lecturer handed out his customised #Fedora core 2 based live CD that had all the utils we needed for the Unix admin class.\n\n#FirstDistro",
