Voice messages are often a high cognitive load for me because of the time to spend dedicated to listening to it in an environment that isn't one-on-one with that person.
Telegram locks this behind premium, so to avoid paying them, I'm using the free monthly allowance at Azure speech services and wrote a bot: https://code.sqkyote.me/kay/telegram-azure-transcribe-bot/
Can be restricted to only specified users too in the .env config. ^^ Just an early-draft release, no error handling yet.
