Judge Robert Hinkle was nominated to the U.S District Court for the Northern District of FL by Bill Clinton on June 6, 1996 and confirmed shortly after.
People can keep saying both parties are the same but it’s not true. Presidents can do some things and so can Congress but courts have a lot of say.
If we don’t vote for the party most likely to appoint good judges, our agenda isn’t going to get anywhere.
