Is it possible to subscribe to users whose instance is on blocked? Reason I'm asking is because I know No Agenda Social is blocked on a lot of Mastodon instances, so I want to know if a friend that's on an instance where it's blocked could still see my content on this instance in their personal feed even though the instance they're on blocks it?
