They have to go global-WoT because the 🤑 is in gigantic public relays with privacy allowed by encryption, rather than barriers.
You can't make big bucks with a more physically-distributed system because you can only ever see a portion of it and the information is in disparate islands.
But nobody pays me, so I do whatever the heck I want. 😂
