"content": "Lightning over Kanopolis. \n\n\n\nThis was captured beneath a particularly intense and at times nearly supercell thunderstorm that ranged across central Kansas on May 8, 2021. I set up two cameras, one on an intervalometer and the other with a lightning trigger. \n\n\n\nThis was actually the result of a timed exposure with the invervalometer engaged and speaks to the intensity of the lightning barrage that I was able to capture multiple bolts in a single 5 second exposure. \n\n\n\nI was watching the storm from the safety of my car, with the proximity and frequency of the lightning strikes hitting a little too close for comfort!\n\n\n\n#Lightning #Weather #Thunderstorm #Supercell #StormChaser #Landscape #LandscapePhotography #Kansas\n\nhttps://pxscdn.com/public/m/_v2/496132369213257646/758e75a50-ddd61a/kITg89z4k5Qk/ceJTZQ7tvL1D6YnlTuelClXZe6AGQVUmVbsDtEf0.jpg",
