One thing Tinder does not tell you about Tinder Select (the new 499/mo USD plan) is that encountering a Select profile is, uh, quite attention getting:

- your phone shakes and vibrates;
- a Select icon animation on your profile flashes and flies around for a brief second.

I’m guessing the special effects can be switched off, but still…
