They have "limited federation" mode on AFAIK, unless they altered that when they forked. Default "limited federation" means they can federate with who they choose. Though, I just went to No Authority Social and searched for a Truth Social account and got nothing. Therefore, I'd guess it's not federated with them, at the very least.
