one of the (many) annoying things FB is doing recently is pushing a metric ton of sponsored/suggested posts into my main feed. Including repeating ones I have hidden and showing me a dozen or so sponsored posts in a row all insanely badly targeted (I'm not a sports fan and if I was one I live in San Jose CA - so am very unlikely to be interested in a Texas professional basketball team). But FB also insists on showing me totally random ads with autoplaying videos (muted so no clue what about)
