Ah, I love my train rides. Just spend an hour+ typing up a mail to an old friend. We should be writing more mails again.
Now I'm going to look at some Linux Distros to decide which one I would want to use on my Laptop in the future. I still don't know exactly where all the instability is suddenly coming from., but one possibility is that the Asus laptop kernel module package I'm using is several years old now. There's a newer release, but the package in the AUR hasn't been updated.
