I find it buggy in Chrome, especially lately I've also had trouble getting it to access the web page. It's more reliable in Safari but I still notice that sometimes it won't announce things that do have accessible names the first time, but going back and retriggering will announce it. And it jumps back and forth between English and Swedish even with language set. It's a law unto itself!
