So here's some Silicon Valley VC drama playing out in real-time. Yesterday various YCombinator partners came out with obviously coordinated messaging about how their startup founders coming out of demo day should hold for funding at high valuations.
In response, and this really the first time I've seen this so public, a bunch of VCs replied on that other site "Yeah no this isn't 2021 anymore. We'll invest later if it's a good business."
