The intent of the voters is clear enough. None of the non-candidates that you want to insert in place of Harris were on the ballot at all. Most of them have endorsed Harris.

You don't like Harris for "reasons" and hope that someone else gets chosen through some wheeling-and-dealing at the convention. While that might provide a lot of drama for the press to report on, it would doom us to defeat in November, no matter who it was.
